Managing Partner
Wendy joined WSM in 1996 and is a fellow of the ICAEW and ACCA. Having worked for an accountancy firm specialising in property clients. Wendy led the property department before spending five years at our joint venture Crestbridge UK Limited. Wendy is the managing partner of the firm and specialises in advising small business and property investing entities. Recent significant work includes being involved with the refinancing of a group of real estate investment entities, sale of a portfolio of property companies, and financial and taxation due diligence on a company acquisition.
Senior Partner
Following a master's degree from Cambridge University, Gavin completed his professional training with international firm BDO and became an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Taxation. Gavin brings incisive leadership to the firm’s tax teams with an array of UK and pan-European clients.
Director
After completing an Economics degree at Cambridge, Simon spent several years working at Deloitte in London and PwC in Australia before joining the firm. Simon has expertise in assisting companies with restructuring their operations and expanding their business, within the UK and further afield. His knowledge of financial and management reporting in the UK and other jurisdictions is remarkable and so Simon is responsible for ensuring the quality of the professional and ethical standards across the firm. In addition, Simon is one of our leading experts in Research and Development Tax Relief in which he has helped clients claim over £6 million! More recently Simon has guided over 20 businesses to move to employee ownership obtaining substantial tax relief for the business founders.
Insolvency Partner
After graduating in Accounting and Law from the University of Southampton, Andy trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young in London, which later joined forces with Ernst & Whinney. Having passed his professional exams in 1989, Andy gained his first experience of insolvency work with the merged firm of Ernst & Young during the recession of the early 1990s. In 1992 Andy rejoined Marks Bloom in his home town of Kingston upon Thames, having previously gained work experience at the firm both before and during his university studies, and became a partner in 1995. That same year he passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams, and obtained an insolvency licence from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1996. Since that time, Andy has increasingly specialised in insolvency work, both corporate and personal, and is a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Following the merger of Marks Bloom and WSM on 1 October 2015, Andy is executive partner of the insolvency division, WSM Marks Bloom LLP Andy is married with two children, and has since 1990 acted as honorary treasurer of Emmanuel Church in Tolworth. In his spare time, he is a keen cyclist, having participated in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 on two occasions for the benefit of local charity Love Kingston. Andy also has a long-held appreciation of real ale and vinyl records, both of which he is surprised and alarmed to find becoming increasingly fashionable.
Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
After graduating from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Econ) in monetary economics, Andrew was employed by a City firm of auditors before joining the West End insolvency practice of Bernard Phillips. He remained there for four years before starting his own practice, A.Segal & Co in the 1980s, operating in Chingford E4. He gained his insolvency licence in 1986. In 2005 the practice was sold to Begbies Traynor and in 2009 Andrew joined HW Fisher in Camden where he stayed until 2019 when he became part of the WSM Marks Bloom team.
Doug is a chartered accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner and has been a partner in our insolvency team since 2018. Post-university, after time working in the Middle East, he gained experience in the insolvency sector, passing the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency, before joining Marks Bloom. Doug went on to study and pass the Joint Insolvency Exam Board examinations in 2014 and the ACA in July 2019. He is also a Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Outside of work he is a keen sports fan and has a young family.
Adam graduated from Birmingham University in 2005 with a degree in Modern History and Political Science. During his time at university he spent his holidays working at Marks Bloom, and was headhunted back in 2008 to join the growing insolvency team. Adam passed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency exam in 2009 and the three JIEB exams in 2010, and obtained his insolvency licence through the ICAEW in January 2017. He is also a Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Outside work Adam is most often found doting on his baby daughter, Jessica. He also enjoys chess, computer games and motor sport, and is a keen (and decent enough) amateur kart racer.
Dermot qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and moved to specialise in the field of insolvency and restructuring in London at that time, becoming a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1989. He is a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals as well as the ICAEW. Dermot has previously run his own practice and been a restructuring and insolvency partner at a top 10 national firm. Dermot has been based in Guildford since 1989 and joined WSM Marks Bloom in 2020, following the acquisition of a former business. Dermot has dealt with a vast range of businesses in different sectors over the years and has extensive experience in solvent winding ups and restructurings, including implementing S110 Schemes of Arrangement, as well as undertaking all types of formal insolvency appointments, both corporate and individual. In his spare time, aside from enjoying spending time with his family and friends, his interests include cycling and cars.
Tax Director
After gaining a degree in Mathematics from Exeter University, Anne became an associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Taxation. Anne has worked for a variety of firms, including Touche Ross. Anne specialises in technical areas of taxation, particularly in the areas of non-resident taxation and offshore trusts.
A fellow of the ICAEW, Paul joined the firm after training with KPMG following a degree from Aston Business School. He is a regular contributor to journals and specialist magazines and has overall responsibility for the firm's strategic growth. Paul has been working in the real estate sector for over 25 years and his portfolio includes UK developers and contractors as well as international investment funds.
Private Client Director
Peter joined the tax team at WSM in 2014 as a Tax Director bringing his experience in personal tax planning & compliance. Prior to this Peter worked for the Inland Revenue after leaving Kingston University and joined Wilkinson Latham, a small firm of Chartered Accountants, becoming a partner and accruing 27 years of dedicated sevice. Peter's experience lies mainly in tax return compliance work where he acts for many clients. Peter specialises in those who are self-employed, Non-Resident & UK Resident landlords, Capital Gains tax work, clients with foreign income and High Net Worth clients. He has a very good relationship with clients and has some lovely reviews on Google. Peter is dedicated to guiding clients through many different types of tax matters with clarity and confidence, ensuring tailored solutions that optimize their tax positions while maintaining full compliance with evolving regulations. With a proven track record of delivering significant tax savings and managing diverse client portfolios Peter leads his tax team to provide exceptional service and strategic advice to all our private clients. Peter is passionate about building lasting close client relationships and mentoring future leaders to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. In his spare time, you use to occasionally find him at Box Hill on his beloved Dragstar but more recently likes to travel abroad in a bit opting for more comfort and safety!
Corporate Director
Chris joined WSM in February 2021, following a Maths Degree from the University of Bristol and completing his professional training at PwC. Chris spent six years at PwC, completing his ACA and joining the ICAEW as a full member in 2017. Chris’ experience lies in the financial statement and controls audits of asset and wealth managers and he is currently studying towards his Chartered Tax qualification. Outside work Chris plays and watches sport with particular interest in rugby, hockey and golf.
Mike has a degree in Business Management from Newcastle University and became a full member of the ICAEW in July 2020 having completed his professional training at Deloitte. Mike joined WSM in December 2020 where he has continued to develop his depth of experience primarily working with Corporate clients, ranging in size from small owner-managed businesses to large multinational retailers. Outside of work, Mike's hobbies include cricket, football, and most recently, he has taken up the highs and lows of the golf world.
Private and Corporate Director
Jamie joined the firm in December 2019 having become a member of the ICAEW while training in the Private Markets division at Deloitte. His experience is primarily in the SME sector where he manages a wide range of compliance and advisory projects. In July 2021 he gained his Chartered Tax Advisory Qualification which has enabled him to develop his owner managed business and personal tax knowledge to give his clients a holistic advisory service. Away from WSM, Jamie is a keen watcher and participator in anything to do with sport and regularly runs marathons.
Private and Corporate Client Director
Shakeel, fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Since joining WSM in 2011, he has advised a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients on a wide range of accountancy, taxation, and business issues for owner-managed businesses and is the resident property tax expert within the team. Prior to joining WSM, Shakeel ran his own practice for over twelve years. Shakeel is married with three children and has completed multiple marathon charity walks. A lifelong Manchester United supporter, he’s been suffering through the rollercoaster of recent seasons. He assures everyone he’ll be first in line to apply for the next managerial vacancy when it arises.
Practice Director
Debbie joined WSM in May 2020 after a five-year career at PwC where she secured her ACA qualification and became a full member of the ICAEW. Whilst completing her professional training, Debbie gained experience working primarily on consolidated banking audits before spending just over a year in learning and development. Here she focused on the design and implementation of soft skill development programmes in areas such as leadership & management, graduate induction, and audit & assurance.
Employment Taxes Director
Grazyna joined WSM in 1989 and is valued, not just for her tax and accounting knowledge, but her local knowledge too! As a Polish speaker, she will be at the vanguard of the firm’s European expansion plans over the coming years. Responsible for WSM's payroll bureau, Grazyna is CIPP qualified and possesses the Foundation Degree in Payroll Management.
Human Resources Director
Nelly completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Technology in 2004 and became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2010. Nelly currently has responsibility for managing a portfolio of client payrolls as well as being at the heart of the firm’s own staff recruitment.
Corporate Client Director
Carla joined WSM in 2015 after working within industry for 8 years previously as an accounts assistant then accountants/finance manager . Carla joined WSM and studied towards her ACCA exams after becoming a member of the ACCA in 2019. Carla is a corporate client manger based in our Wimbledon office and specialises in VAT compliance, accounts and corporation tax along with providing advisory services to SME companies. Outside the office Carla enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, husband, friends and family.
After graduating from University of Glasgow in 1996 with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Jen started her ACCA training with Fraser Russell before relocating to Wimbledon and joining WSM in 1998. After a short career break to be with her family Jen returned to private practice. Jen is a member of ACCA and has a wealth of experience in the accounting sector, her strengths lie in dealing with SME clients, accounts, personal tax and vat. Her clients value her commitment to providing the best service in an approachable, relatable, friendly and empatheitc manner. When she is not in the office Jen enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her children and dog.
Client Director
Jodie joined WSM in 2022 and has a vast knowledge in the accounting sector having gained various degress and diplomas including a BCom in Accounting and Finance with Cum Luade in 2016, a Post Grad Diploma in Accounting Sciences in 2017 and a post grad Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences in 2018. Jodie became a member of the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2021. Although Jodie has a love for tax and passed her first year of her International Tax Masters degree in South Africa, her experience lies in auditing of SME's, having experience in various industries ranging from manufacturing, education, retail, NPOs and pharmaceuticals. In her spare time, Jodie enjoys anything outdoors from camping, hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking.
Linzi joined WSM in 2015 and has been a qualified member of both the AAT and ACCA since 2009 and 2013 respectively. Linzi has vast experience in the accounting sector having started working since 2005 and has built up an impressive catalogue of projects including assisting small companies with VAT, accounts, and corporation tax. Linzi’s speciality lies closely with property clients and non-resident landlords carrying out all necessary VAT, accounts, tax and compliance work. Linzi offers a high value level of support to her clients and completes their specific requirements with care, honesty, and respect. Linzi has recently assisted a group of clients in refinancing and restructuring their loan facilities, in a client centric manner with consistent high standards.
Audit Manager
Aadel joined WSM in 2022 after becoming a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. His professional focus is in auditing small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with hands-on experience across a diverse range of industries including healthcare, hospitality, IT services, oil & gas, and construction and engineering. Aadel is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service with a client-centric and flexible approach. His diligence and professionalism reflect WSM’s core values, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of every client.
Audit Semi-Senior
Adam joined WSM as an Audit Semi-Senior in August 2025 after a year of working in audit for international firm BDO. He graduated in Summer 2024 with a degree in Economics from Durham University.
Adam enjoys the problem-solving aspect that comes with his job role and always meets the challenges with a logical and positive approach.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and playing football.
Insolvency Administrator
Adam joined WSM Marks Bloom in January 2024 as an insolvency administrator having graduated from City, University of London in 2023 with a bachelor's degree of Law with Honours in Law with Human Rights. Adam is seeking to undergo professional training and start studying for t he CFAB to enhance his knowledge in insolvency and similar sectors. In his free time, Adam enjoys reading, collecting vinyls, going to the gym, cooking, playing games and walking his dog.
Corporate Trainee
Alex joined WSM in September after graduating with First class honours in accounting and finance from the University of Bath. He is currently pursuing his ACA and CTA qualification. Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing guitar, table tennis and watching Formula 1
Senior Management Accountant
Altus joined WSM as a Bookkeeper in September 2022 and has since been promoted to Senior Management Accountant. He graduated in 2014 with a degree in Cost and Management Accounting and became a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants in 2017. Outside of work, Altus likes playing golf, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
Marketing and Events Manager
Amanda joined WSM in 2016 as Marketing and Events Manager. Amanda graduated from Brunel University, with a joint honours degree in Leisure Management and Television and Film studies and started her career in a customer service role before joining the hotel group Le Meridien as an events coordinator, where she worked for seven years progressing to the role of Airline Crew Manager being the point of contact for 11 international airlines and their crew. During her time in the Rezidor hotel group she won an award from a major international airline for her outstanding attitude and dedication to customer service. She then accrued 5 years sales experience working for Coca Cola, being one of ten people chosen to launch Glaceau Vitamin Water in London and Cambridge. Amanda is responsible for organising all events in house and outside the firm, arranging charity fundarisers for the chosen charity of the year, as well as a myriad of other duties which come with marketing a Top 100 accountancy firm. Amanda has over 20 years experience in customer relations and event management.
Ance joined WSM in May 2025 and has completed a Master’s degree in Computational Finance from University College London. She is currently training as an accountant and working towards her professional qualifications. With a strong academic background in quantitative finance and analytical problem-solving, Ance brings a thoughtful and methodical approach to her work. Ance is diligent, flexible, and committed to maintaining consistent high standards in all areas of her role. Outside of work, Ance is a creative individual with a passion for the arts and culture. She is the founder of her own festival and enjoys spending her free time exploring art galleries and discovering new areas of London. She speaks English, Russian, and Latvian, and brings a multicultural perspective to both her personal and professional life.
Client Manager
Chiung-Ying joined WSM from a commercial background in 1999 and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She manages a portfolio of self employed business owners as well as providing accounting support to the firm's corporate clients.
Charles studied Business Management at the University of Surrey, joining WSM Marks Bloom in December 2023 as an Insolvency Administrator. He is currently studying towards an ACA qualification. In his spare time Charles enjoys watching Formula 1.
Tax Manager
Clarissa is a Tax Advisor with a background in international tax law, her specialist areas include cross border taxation, planning for HNW individuals, expatriate tax, inheritance tax and trusts, in addition Clarissa supports both the corporate and private client teams with advisory and compliance work. Clarissa joined the Private Client Team at WSM in March 2017 and completed the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation in 2018.
Dhruv joined WSM Marks Bloom as an Insolvency Administrator after graduating from University College London with a BSc degree in Economics. He is currently studying towards his ACA qualification and certificate of proficiency in insolvency (CPI).
Consultant
David's consultancy role with the firm follows a professional career spanning five decades during which time he has specialised in taxation, property, stock-broking and the music and entertainment industry, areas into which he still puts considerable energy.
Company Secretary
Qualified through many years of experience working in an accountants' office, Delores provides a quiet reliability that always gets the job done. Delores has full responsibility for all the firm’s Company Secretarial services for limited liability clients.
Bookkeeper
Diandra joined the firm in September 2025 as a bookkeeper, bringing 9 years experience in bookkeeping and admin duties. Diandra connects well with clients to form a friendly understanding that she has their best interests at heart as is very empathetic. She always strives to make the process as stress free as possible and works hard to make sure the clients standards are met and respected.
Insolvency Manager
Ed joined WSM Marks Bloom in January 2022 and has worked in the insolvency industry for over 20 years. Throughout that time, he has gained experience in all aspects of solvent and insolvent case types. In his spare time Ed enjoys outdoor cooking and spending time with his family.
Payroll Administrator
Elina joined our team in 2018. As well as being multi lingual in Greek and Russian her previous experience includes both payroll services and that of a PA. When not working Elina enjoys watching a movie or relaxing with a nice book as well as catching up with friends and family.
Ella recently graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc degree in mathematics. She joined WSM Marks Bloom in October 2022 as an insolvency administrator, after deciding to pursue a career in accountancy. She is currently working towards the ACA, and also plans to study for the certificate of proficiency in insolvency (CPI).
Frank joined WSM in May 2024 after graduating with First Class Honours in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. He is currently pursuing his ACA qualification. Outside of work, Frank enjoys cooking, travelling, staying active, and following a variety of sports, particularly football and cricket.
Assistant Manager
Harry graduated with a BSc in Accounting and Finance with a year in Data Analytics from the University of Kent. Harry joined WSM in September 2021 as a trainee accountant to follow on his passion for accountancy and progress with his professional qualification. Harry is a member of the ICAEW and a fully qualified chartered accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sport, particularly football and golf.
Private Client Manager
Helen joined WSM in 1999, qualifying as a CTA in 1995. Helen brought her taxation experience with her having worked with Lloyd’s of London taxation specialists in the City. Helen has a very varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including trusts, and deals with all aspects of compliance, as well as advisory, work. As the manager for a large portfolio of clients, she strives to ensure that the service delivered is always of a high standard. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and going to the gym.
Senior Insolvency Administrator
Jack joined WSM Marks Bloom in December 2017 having commenced his career as an apprentice in the insolvency team at Wilkins Kennedy and has now progressed to become a Senior Insolvency Administrator having passed his CPI in June 2022. Jack plans to take his JIEB within the next few years in order to become a qualified Insolvency Practitioner. In his spare time Jack enjoys playing golf.
Jodie joined WSM in January 2023 as a Trainee Accountant, after graduating with BSc Accounting and Finance from University of Southampton. Jodie is ACA qualified and a member of the ICAEW. Outside of work, Jodie enjoys travelling and running.
Kathryn qualified as an ACA in 1993 and joined the team at WSM in October 2013. She provides a wide range of services to a portfolio of private clients and a small number of corporate clients. Kathryn aims to deliver a personal and efficient service that is tailored to each client's individual needs. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Lauren joined the firm in 2016 as an Insolvency Administrator having completed her LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. Lauren has studied for and passed the Certificate in Insolvency with the ICAEW in 2017 and the ICAEW CFAB in 2019. As an Insolvency Administrator, Lauren’s role involves assisting with solvent and insolvent cases, and general administration tasks, such as bank reconciliations. Lauren strives to ensure her work is as thorough and accurate as possible and always maintains an empathetic and honest approach when dealing with clients. In her spare time Lauren enjoys long walks and competing in dog agility and CaniCross.
Louise is an AAT qualified Senior Insolvency Administrator based in our Kingston office and has been in the insolvency sector for over 8 years. After joining WSM Marks Bloom in December 2020 she successfully passed her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (“CPI”) Louise has a large portfolio of cases which she has managed in her time from both personal and corporate insolvency and is focusing on bettering her skills and knowledge in Insolvency. Louise is now working towards her JIEB exams.
Mahima joined WSM in 2012. Her area of specialisation is personal tax, providing personal tax compliance services to clients, including preparing tax returns, and liaising with HMRC when queries arise. Additionally, she provides tax advice on matters such as rental income, foreign income, capital gains tax and the remittance basis to high-net-worth individuals, non-domiciled and overseas clients. Mahimas qualifications include - BCom, MAAT, ATT. and she is also fluent in Hindi. Mahima consistently delivers high-quality services promptly, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for clients.
Manpreet joined WSM Marks Bloom in 2022 as an Insolvency Administrator after graduating from Kingston University with a BSc degree in Accounting & Finance with Business Experience, and she is currently working towards her ACA qualification. Manpreet has since been promoted to a Senior Insolvency Administrator and her role involves managing a portfolio of solvent and insolvent cases, and consists of handling statutory compliance, reporting, liaising with stakeholders, and assisting in investigations. Manpreet is committed to a client-centric approach, consistently applying diligence, care, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure each case is handled to the highest standard. Outside of work, Manpreet enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling, and binge-watching a good TV show.
Accounts Manager
Maureen joined WSM in 2014 with the rest of the Wilkinson Latham team. Freshly qualified from secretarial college in 1987, she started at Wilkinson Latham the following week where she worked as a PA to the senior partner. During this time she was able to study and qualified in bookkeeping and accounts.
Michelle joined WSM in 2014 after working at Wilkinson Latham since she left college. She specialises in all aspects of bookkeeping, processing payrolls, and VAT returns. Michelle works from home most of the time to enable her to bring up her young family. In her spare time, she enjoys going for long walks in the forest with her mischievous, but loveable cocker spaniel.
Payroll Manager
Michelle joined WSM in 2015 having worked for WSM-MB from 2008. Michelle is fully AAT qualified and has over twenty years payroll experience, and six years in the banking industry. With the knowledge of both financial environments, she is able to provide a professional service and good level of understanding of the needs of her clients. Michelle’s experience lies with pay roll and she also assists with VAT returns and accounts preparation. She has a great work ethic and manages her clients payrolls diligently to ensure that all the necessary information that is required is received on time to meet deadlines. Michelle is friendly and courteous and carries out her work with precision and professionalism. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Corporate Assistant Manager
Ore joined WSM in November 2021, following a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He has since become a member of the ICAEW and a fully qualified chartered accountant. Outside of the office he is involved in music production, and enjoys keeping active through gym sessions and other sports, with a particularly keen interest in football.
Corporate Manager
After obtaining a Maths degree from the University of Exeter, Owen went on to complete his professional training at PwC Bristol and became ACA qualified in 2022. Owen then moved to London to gain experience of large audits and experience in managing his teams. Outside of work, Owen enjoys playing and watching football, pub quizzes and travelling to other countries.
Administrator
Patricia joined WSM in July 2025 as an Administrator. Prior to joining the firm Patricia began working in the role as a lunchtime supervisor in a Prep School in Kingston, during her ten years there she progressed to become the Assistant School Secretary. Patricia then changed career paths and worked for a Construction Company as a Project Co-ordinator, where she worked for eighteen years. During her time there she helped co-ordinate a number of projects ranging from The Tate Modern in London to The New Contemporary Art Museum in New York, and many more projects within the UK, assisting architects and designers in her team. Patricia then furthered her career working as a legal assistant with Morr & Co for two years assisting the private client team with enquiries in an administration role. Patricia has brought all her experience with her to WSM where she helps to run the office administration tasks and office duties. Patricia is passionate about ensuring that all WSM's clients' best interests are upheld and she works tirelessly and diligently to make sure all their administration requirements are met to the highest standard.
Pramesh joined WSM in June 2024 having previously worked in a top 30 accounting firm and hence bringing a wealth of experience . Pramesh is a fully qualified ACCA since 2016 and is currently working towards his CTA qualification. Pramesh demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and excellence in the field. Outside of work, Pramesh enjoys travelling, playing football, and following various sports, with a particular passion for football and Formula 1.
Corporate Client Manager
Ramann graduated with a BSc in Actuarial Science at CASS Business School prior to pursuing a career in Accountancy. After completing his training, he qualified as a member of the ICAEW in 2021 and is now a corporate client manager within the corporate department. Out of working hours, Ramann is a car enthusiast and has a keen eye on keeping up to date with the latest technological trends.
Serena joined WSM in 2018 to support clients and the WSM team. Her expertise lies in trust, estate, and overseas entity registrations, as well as filing for overseas entities that own property or land in the UK, and general administration. Serena enjoys a challenge and is always willing to tackle difficult tasks. She is respectful, diligent, and committed to finding solutions for most admin tasks. Previously, Serena worked in the fashion industry, managing a small distribution team. She brings valuable experience and skills in sourcing information and prides herself on getting the job done well. In her spare time, Serena enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and reading a good book.
Sharon is a FCA member of ICAEW and joined the WSM team with as a Client Manager in January 2014 after we merged with Deirdre Thomas' practice. After many years working with owner managed businesses assisting with their company accounts and the director’s personal tax affairs, Sharon has now moved into the personal tax team working in all areas of tax, with specialist areas being with high net worth individual’s tax affairs and Estates. Sharon is committed to providing a high standard of service to her clients in an open and personable manner.
Sherazade joined WSM as a Bookkeeper in September 2023, aswell as having a higher diploma in Financial Accounting, Sherazade also has experience in the banking sector, insurance, SMEs, and NPOs and has a passion for finance and accounting.
Outside of work, Sherazade enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors especially while camping, hiking, and sightseeing.
Trainee Accountant and Administrator
Sheena joined WSM in 2025 in the role as a Trainee Accountant and Adminstrator with a specialist area in bookkeeping and administration. Sheena brings over 16 years of experience in the accouning sector having worked in a manufacturing company for over ten years managing payroll, supplier and customer recons, payments and tax submissions, and a retail and service company in a similar role. Sheena prides herself on being very diligent and accurate with her work snd shows respect for her clients and strives to maintain high standards that they have come to expect.
Facilities Manager
Simone joined WSM in September 2016 bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer care both from the hospitality and health and self-care industry. As facilities manager Simone is the first point of call in the Wimbledon office, she is responsible for the day to day running of the office, welcoming clients, and assisting the partners, directors, and managers with their daily admin as well as a plethora of administration duties which comes with running a successful accountancy firm. Simone is also responsible for making sure that all admin duties are completed in an efficient and effective manner to keep the firm in its professional standing as a top 100 UK accounting practice. In her spare time Simone likes to go for long walks in the countryside with her husband, cooking up lovely meals and spending time with her two beautful kittens.
Suzanne joined WSM after the merger with Marks Bloom in October 2015. After a degree in Accounting and Finance at Kingston University, Suzanne started at Marks Bloom in 1998 on a training contract and has worked with them since, gaining experience of SME clients in various business sectors. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys various cultural hobbies; namely theatre, films and books.
Svetlana started her restructuring and insolvency career when she joined the Guildford Office as a graduate from the University of Surrey in early 2006. She has studied for and passed the Certificate in Insolvency with the IPA in 2011. In 2014 Svetlana passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board and is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to both corporate entities and individuals. Svetlana gained her Insolvency Licence with the ICAEW in 2015. The majority of her career has been spent working on the insolvencies of companies operating across a wide range of sectors, as well as dealing with bankruptcies and Individual Voluntary Arrangement. Svetlana is in the process of completing her Chartered Certified Accountant qualification with ACCA. Svetlana was born and spent her childhood in Minsk (Belarus) and is fluent in Belarusian, Russian and English. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, swimming, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Corporate Senior
Teena joined WSM in 2022 as a trainee accountant with one years’ experience working in audit. She is a qualified AAT and is currently working towards her ACA qualification. In her spare time, Teena enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and travelling.
Tom joined the WSM team in October 2017 having made a move from the retail industry into the finance sector. Having completed the ACA in 2022 and CTA in 2023, Tom is a qualified accountant and tax advisor in the firm. Tom has a diverse skillset with experience in areas including accounts, audit, VAT, financial due diligence and specialises in corporation tax. Outside of work he enjoys reading books and travelling.
Secretary
Tracey deals with UK income tax and VAT compliance for a wide range of businesses and property clients. Whilst keeping on top of new legislation, Tracey can also be trusted to update the team on her favourite TV shows and the antics of her kitten, Rocky.
Tax Administrator
Tracey joined WSM after the merger with Marks Bloom in 2015. She began her time at Marks Bloom as a secretary and over the 28 years has seen plenty of change. Tracey is now a Tax Administrator for WSM. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys socialising with her friends, spending time with her three grandsons and looking after her dog Malone.
Corporate and Private Client Assistant Manager
Will joined WSM in September 2022 after graduating with a degree in Finance and Investment. He is currently working towards his ACA/CTA qualification. In his spare time Will enjoys socialising, cooking and travelling. He also likes to keep active by exercising.
